Shane serves as Vice President of Operations at Roof Co Ventures, where he is responsible for building, standardizing, and scaling performance across all operating companies. With more than two decades of experience in construction, restoration, and roofing, he drives consistent execution, develops scalable systems, and leads high-performing field and project teams to deliver predictable results across every market.

Over the course of his career, Shane has held key roles ranging from Project Manager and Estimator to Regional Director and Director of Operations, giving him a well-rounded, execution-focused approach. He has led large-scale growth initiatives, including scaling an organization from 12 employees and $8M in annual revenue to over 165 employees and $150M, demonstrating his ability to build teams, systems, and sustainable performance at scale.

Originally from Key West, Florida, Shane now lives in Punta Gorda. He holds a degree in Construction Management from the State College of Florida. Outside of work, he is a proud father of five and grandfather of four, and has spent several years supporting Sleep in Heavenly Peace, helping build beds for foster children in need.
