Chad Weigman is the Chief Operating Officer of Roof Co Ventures bringing nearly three decades of experience in finance, operations and strategic management.
With a strong background in both leadership and execution, Weigman is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Roof Co Ventures, driving operational efficiency, performance management, and long-term growth. Prior to launching Roof Co Ventures, Weigman served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Special Projects at Cotton GDS.
He worked in risk management, financial oversight, stakeholder relations, fostering innovation to create sustainable value and aligning business functions with strategic objectives. Born in Wisconsin, Weigman has called Texas home since moving to Houston in 1978.
A proud alumnus of Sam Houston State University, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 1993.
